Tucker C. Kramer was born and raised in Brattleboro, Vermont.  He was admitted to the New York Bar in 2016, and both the U.S. District Court for the District of Southern New York and Eastern New York in 2016.  Tucker practiced law in New York City from 2016 through 2020 before returning home to Brattleboro in the summer of 2020.

He earned his B.A. from Providence College in 2008, and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2015. While at St. John’s, Tucker was a member of the St. John’s Law Review and The Student Bar Association.  He also interned for the Honorable Harold Baer in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Tucker then practiced law in Manhattan defending numerous towns, municipalities, corporations and hospitals including The City of New York, New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, Mount Sinai Hospital, and many others.

Tucker is not yet admitted in the State of Vermont.
